The scope of work includes three primary tasks: data entry, alternative management planning, and verification, each to be completed within set deadlines specified by the State each year.

The contractor will collaborate directly with individual farms to collect, enter, and update comprehensive farm management data according to technical guidelines established by the agency. Annual guidance will be offered to each farm, focusing on potential management improvements aimed at reducing phosphorus losses, tailored to align with individual farm objectives.

Additionally, the contractor will employ an individual to assist with statewide program administration. This role will encompass agricultural technical assistance, program outreach and communications, administrative support, training for service provider tasks, and general support for software and other program functions.
