The government authority in Albany, New York is seeking a vendor to provide technical assistance and facilitation partner services in support of a schools program. The selected partner will help participating partnerships launch and execute their work through coaching, practical tools, and project management support.
The scope includes three interconnected functions. First, the vendor will provide implementation support to facilitate program rollout and execution. Second, the vendor will support continuous improvement and monitoring by helping partnerships use data and leading indicators to strengthen implementation over time. Third, the vendor will support learning and dissemination by packaging partnership-generated materials and synthesizing lessons learned across partnerships into practice-ready products and professional learning resources for statewide use.
