(1) Vendor needs to provide tax foreclosure land sale marketing and auction services.– Develop and implement a KPB–approved marketing plan for all identified sale parcels for a minimum of 15 days prior to the sale. 1. Provide a confirmed list of approved sale parcels prior to the sale. 2. Provide brief exhibits of properties to be auctioned via brochure. 3. Provide minimum bid or reserve amounts for each property to be sold at auction. 4. Provide land sale information available to the public via the Land Sale Hub. 5. Provide staff to act as cashiers for the collection of any sale related monies. 6. Obtain buyer signatures for all parcels sold. 7. Prepare tax foreclosure quit claim deeds and facilitate the transfer of all properties sold at the auction (2) A pre–proposal conference will be held on January 5,2026. (3) All question must be submitted no later than January 8, 2026.
