A vendor is sought to provide comprehensive marketing and auction services for tax foreclosure land sales in Alaska. The selected vendor will be responsible for developing and executing a marketing plan approved by the Kenai Peninsula Borough (KPB) for all identified sale parcels, ensuring these parcels are promoted for a minimum of 15 days prior to the auction date.

Key services include supplying an approved list of sale parcels, creating property brochures with brief exhibits, and determining minimum bids or reserve amounts for each property. The vendor will also disseminate land sale information to the public through the Land Sale Hub. Additional responsibilities involve furnishing staff to serve as cashiers for collection of sale-related funds, obtaining buyer signatures for all sold parcels, preparing tax foreclosure quit claim deeds, and overseeing the transfer of properties post-auction.

A pre-proposal conference is scheduled for January 5, 2026, and all questions regarding this opportunity must be submitted by January 8, 2026.
