A government authority in North Carolina is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive tax documents printing services. This includes printing, sorting, filing, applying provided postage, and mailing tax documents for the agency. Vendors are responsible for producing annual tax information reports, including income received from the Retirement System for the specified tax year.
Printing specifications require variable information on duplex, laser prints using 8.5” x 14” paper, 60# weight, with black ink only. Vendors must also produce and print return addresses on #10 left window envelopes (for Refund 1099R and Retirement 1099R forms) and 6” x 9” left window envelopes (for W2 Forms) to facilitate accurate mailing.
