Tax Claim Return and Sale Notice Posting and Personal Service

The government authority located in West Chester, Pennsylvania is seeking a vendor to provide tax claim return and claim and sale notice postings, as well as personal service delivery, in compliance with real estate tax sale law. Annual return and claim notices, as well as sale notices that are not signed and returned to the tax claim bureau, must be physically posted on the applicable real property. Additionally, personal service must be executed for owner-occupied real property no later than ten days prior to the scheduled upset tax sale.

The selected vendor will be responsible for providing a digital file listing delinquent tax parcels that require posting of return and claim or sale notices and personal service, with relevant property owner and situs address information. All statutory information required for Return and Claim/Sale Notice postings must be incorporated as part of the process. Fee structures must be based solely on flat fees on a per posting basis, with any additional fees clearly identified in proposals. The contract period will be three years.
