The objective is to enhance tax compliance, ensure greater transparency in operations, and provide increased protection for both consumers and operators.

The proposed solution should enable real-time remittance of tax payments from valet operators and facilitate the secure exchange of information between customers and valet operators. Additional required capabilities include the acceptance of multiple forms of electronic payment, GPS location tracking against active licensed valet locations, and robust backup solutions for payment processing and tax remittance in the event of application failure.

Furthermore, the system should include processes for identifying noncompliant operators, as well as comprehensive tracking features for valet operator license information, vehicle location, employee assignments, transaction details, and full audit trails of vehicle drop-off and pick-up. A marketing and public information strategy is also desired to improve awareness and understanding of the new solution among stakeholders.
