This RFP seeks vendors to provide targeted operational assessment services for a government authority in Michigan. Key areas of focus include law enforcement operations, patrol deployment and coverage analysis, call response workload and staffing alignment, specialized unit structure and utilization, as well as records management and evidence handling workflows.

Additional components involve coordination with prosecutors and courts, overtime analysis, corrections and jail operations, jail capacity and population analysis, classification and housing practices, booking and release workflows, and staffing patterns. Medical, mental health, and contracted services interfaces, along with risk management and compliance considerations, are also included in the assessment scope.
