This initiative involves the renovation of approximately 2,384 square feet on the 5th floor of the James M. Hanley Federal Building, located at 100 S Clinton St, Syracuse, NY 13261. The primary objective is to create a space tailored to the needs of the Veterans Benefits Agency within the facility.

Contractors will be expected to provide all materials, labor, and equipment necessary to carry out the scope of work as dictated by the provided design documents, drawings, and specifications. Required competencies include expertise in various construction disciplines such as electrical, mechanical, and asbestos-containing material (ACM) management, as well as general repairs, renovations, and alterations. Proficiency in renovating occupied federal facilities is highly regarded.
