(1) Vendor needs to provide Sydney coordinated adaptive traffic system (SCATS) regional software. – The Sydney coordinated adaptive traffic system (SCATS) software controls traffic signals through coordination on an area–wide basis and provides the interface and linkage between intersection controllers. – SCATS system requires an annual central software and controller TRAFF firmware maintenance contract. – SCATS controller firmware maintenance includes supporting the TRAFF firmware for the 2070/M52 and Linux M60 controller. – Provide SCATS controller TRAFF firmware maintenance for one–year firm–fixed pricing for all SCATS intersections. – NGEN and WinTraff software maintenance includes procuring new releases and software patches as released (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 18, 2025. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
