An opportunity is available for vendors to provide the Sydney Coordinated Adaptive Traffic System (SCATS) regional software and related annual maintenance for traffic signal control systems in Michigan. SCATS enables area-wide coordination and management of traffic signals, facilitating communication and control between multiple intersection controllers.
The selected vendor will be responsible for supplying the SCATS regional software as well as providing a one-year, firm-fixed-price maintenance contract covering both the central software and TRAFF firmware for 2070/M52 and Linux M60 controllers at all SCATS-equipped intersections. Required maintenance includes ongoing support for controller firmware, as well as procurement and deployment of new software releases and patches for NGEN and WinTraff software components.
The contract term is one year, and interested vendors must submit any questions regarding this opportunity by November 18, 2025.
