Vendor needs to provide survey software. • Allow creation, distribution, and management of surveys for multiple use cases (e.g., course evaluations, student satisfaction, alumni feedback, institutional research, and faculty/staff surveys). • Support various question types, branching logic, skip logic, randomization, and multilingual surveys. • Include advanced analytics and reporting tools for real–time insights, trend analysis, and data export (CSV, Excel, SPSS, etc.). • Data warehouse or business intelligence tools • Provide institutional branding and customization options. • Support collaboration and role–based access for administrators, faculty, staff, and students. • Enable secure data collection through multiple channels (email, QR code, mobile, web link, etc.).
