The U.S. Army Contracting Command, on behalf of the Communications–Electronics Command Security Assistance Management Directorate (CECOM SAMD), is seeking industry sources for support, migration, and maintenance of the SAS Law Enforcement Intelligence (LEI) Software for Foreign Military Sales (FMS), specifically in support of requirements for Iraq.
The scope of work includes conducting a comprehensive survey of legacy hardware and software, facilitating the replacement of the MEMEX Information Sharing Initiative with the SAS LEI system, and managing the procurement, installation, and integration of new hardware and software components. The selected contractor will ensure effective systems integration, provide installation and logistic support, and deliver training and ongoing maintenance for the SAS LEI system. Licenses for 80 users over a minimum of two years are required.
Additional responsibilities include migrating all existing data from the legacy MEMEX system to the new SAS LEI platform while preserving data quality and integrity. Field Service Representative (FSR) support for two years will be based in Iraq, and contractors must deliver an extended hardware warranty for up to three years. Interested vendors are requested to provide pricing and availability information, including estimates for single units and quantity discounts, as applicable. Any contract awarded is expected to be unclassified and must comply with Berry Amendment specialty metals restrictions in accordance with applicable DFARS clauses.
