DESCRIPTION

The government authority in Everett, Massachusetts seeks a vendor to provide support implementation services through the establishment and facilitation of communities of practice. Key responsibilities include managing all participant communications and ensuring accessibility for all promotional and registration materials. The vendor will develop a facilitation guide that details session design and outlines facilitation strategies to build community, encourage networking, and foster active participant engagement for both in-person and virtual sessions. The contractor is expected to address all accessibility and translation needs, maintain a central digital hub for registration and session resources, and provide curriculum-specific coaching for district implementation teams.

Additional duties involve scheduling and preparing resources for three individual coaching calls per district to address specific implementation challenges that are aligned to session content. The vendor will also offer opportunities for districts to observe curriculum implementation in practice—through recorded lessons or peer-to-peer site visits—to deepen understanding, inform coaching and strategic action planning, and enhance community-building and networking.
