(1) Vendor needs to provide supply and implementation of software solution for management and maintenance of the transportation network and roadway infrastructure.– Modernize its approach with an integrated, mobile– capable, browser–based software that supports the digitization and centralization of all road patrol activities– Commercially developed and currently available, being off–the–shelf software–as–a–service (SaaS) Software– Browser–based– Has a user interface that is optimized for use on mobile devices, such as tablets and smartphones, on iOS, Android, and Windows– is compatible with the most current version of Windows desktop operating systems (Windows 11 or later)(2) An optional non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on January 7, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than January 14, 2026.
