A New York-based organization is seeking a qualified event management provider to oversee a five-year Supplier Diversity Expo. The scope of work includes comprehensive management for both in-person and virtual event experiences, encompassing program development, event logistics, attendee registration and check-in, as well as post-event marketing and engagement strategies.

The selected vendor will be responsible for coordinating with high-quality speakers, conducting market research on comparable industry events, and developing an event program aligned with organizational goals—especially those related to energy efficiency, renewable energy, technology, and associated fields. The event will feature diverse components such as panel sessions, workshops, networking opportunities, and business meetups, with content designed to foster opportunities and insightful dialogue.

Responsibilities further include event promotion, developing a dedicated event microsite, recommending and arranging catering for light meals, and ensuring effective audience outreach through a robust marketing campaign. The event management provider must also maintain clean registration data throughout the contract period. The engagement is scheduled for a term of five years.
