Vendor needs to provide supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) system. The SCADA architecture must include dual head–end servers operating in a client/server configuration, with failover capability and synchronized data replication. The system must support remote reset capabilities for faulted equipment and allow alarm acknowledgment and event logging. Remote access must be secured via MFA and role–based access control. The system must continuously monitor key operational parameters including wet well levels, aeration system status, and generator availability. The system must support multiple notification channels including SMS, voice, email, and on–screen alerts. Alarm history must be retained and accessible for operator review. The system must include a historian capable of storing operational data for all monitored assets. All questions must be submitted no later than February 02, 2026. A contract period will be for one year.
