NASA/NSSC requires a SuperHERO Alignment Monitoring System (AMS) Contract. The contract is intended to be issued as a sole source to the University System of New Hampshire, recognized as the sole provider of this AMS solution. Performance will take place at NASA's Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC), with NASA/NSSC serving as the procuring center.
The acquisition will be conducted under commercial item and service provisions as per FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13 guidelines. Interested organizations are invited to submit their capabilities and qualifications by 3:00 p.m. Central Standard Time on March 17, 2026. Submissions will be reviewed to determine if a competitive procurement is warranted. All responses should be in writing; oral communications will not be accepted.

• Proven capability in alignment monitoring systems
• Experience supporting NASA or similar federal scientific contracts
• Demonstrated ability to meet FAR Part 12 and 13 requirements
• Physical or operational presence to support deployment at NASA Marshall Space Flight Center
