(1) Vendor needs to provide sugar bush event videography and promotional documentation service. – The 2026 sugar bush camp will take place mid–march 2026. – This camp includes the operation of a modern small–scape sugar bush, a traditional sugar bush operation, and various activities like traditional tool making and maple sugar production. – This contract will require the recipient to film a series of videos that provide promotional coverage of the 2026 sugar bush camp and 1–2 other related events such as tapping ceremony and feast of the trees ceremony after sugar bush season. – We believe that by promoting and advancing Anishinaabe sugar bush traditions the maple industry will benefit. – 8 minute video that details the sugar bush camp as a whole. – Videographer attendance at least 2 days of sugar bush camp and 2 sessions of other related sugar bush events and activities that could include tapping ceremony, birch bark harvest or a feast at the end of the sugar bush season titled feasting of the maple trees.
