SUMMARY

Seeking a qualified partner for the implementation, integration, and support of SuccessFactors and SAP Analytics Cloud systems, including process optimization, data migration, and change management.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Must be a pre-qualified consultant from RFQ#80-03-26 or RFQ#100-04-26
Must have a valid City business licence prior to contract execution

DESCRIPTION

The City of British Columbia is seeking a partner to implement and configure SuccessFactors and SAP Analytics Cloud systems. The selected vendor will be responsible for automating and streamlining business processes through standardization and optimization, following fit–to–standard principles. Requirements gathering, fit–gap analysis, and future-state process design are integral to the engagement, along with data migration, validation, reconciliation, and comprehensive planning for data cleansing and cutover activities.

The project includes designing and building system integrations, especially with core applications such as SuccessFactors with S/4 HANA, and enabling employee self-service capabilities where relevant. The implementation partner will also provide project management, governance support, solution architecture, technical design, security planning, and testing strategies. Organizational change management, user communications, and comprehensive training are required to ensure successful adoption. The scope also covers planning for cutover, hyper care, stabilization, transition to city support teams, and ongoing post–go–live support, as well as the enablement of reporting, analytics, and dashboards.

The initial contract period is for one year, with an emphasis on enabling business process improvements and long-term sustainability of the implemented solutions.
