(1) Vendor needs to provide substitute management system.– Substitute management system (SMS) to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and reliability of substitute placement and absence management.– Modern, fully hosted solution that is intuitive for employees, substitutes, and administrators, while offering robust reporting and data analysis capabilities for district leadership.– A solution designed specifically for the K–12 educational environment is preferred, as such systems are better aligned to the operational realities of schools, teaching staff, and student support functions.– Mobile Access: Substitutes must be able to set availability, accept or decline jobs, and view schedules through a free mobile application (2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 24, 2025. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
