(1) Vendor needs to provide substation construction service to the government authority located in New Braunfels, TX.– The following items will be included in the Project scope of work: (i) site preparation/restoration; (ii) excavation; (iii) foundations; (iv) structural construction; (v) electrical work; (vi) trenching at specified locations; (vii) site security; (viii) grounding; (ix) receive and manage of all material and equipment; and (x) all other appurtenances necessary to complete the Project.– The Project will be designed and constructed so as to meet all applicable federal, state, and local accessibility standards– The selected Offeror will be also responsible for obtaining all applicable permits and inspections; providing all necessary performance and payment bonds and insurance requirements; and providing agency with all manufacturers’ warranties and all operations and maintenance (O & M) manuals for all equipment installed (2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on January 6, 2026.
