Vendor needs to provide submerged aquatic vegetation propeller scar campaign services for developing an outreach campaign to raise awareness about the need for protection of seagrass meadows in shallow waters. 1. Identify the primary audience and topic(s) for the outreach campaign. 2. Design and produce infographics, posters, brochures, stickers, and other materials used for educational and outreach purposes. 3. Publication of outreach materials for appropriate entities such as local marinas, boat launches, and high–use coastal areas. 4. Develop a short video featuring real–life examples of impacts and damages to meadows and tips about ways the public can help avoid these damages. All questions must be submitted no later than February 6, 2026.
