The system should track students from application through return; enable secure, campus–wide information sharing; streamline workflows for students, faculty, and partnership approvals; and integrate with systems and comply with data privacy and accessibility standards. Public facing web interface with program catalog and advanced search options. Supports multiple study abroad program types. Online student application portal. Automated email/SMS reminders and email and application activity logs with date/time and user stamp. Customizable workflows and search capabilities. Document upload and management. Application status tracking and batch application update capabilities. Centralized partner institution database. Storage of agreements/contracts with partners. Online application/registration portal for faculty/staff and independent student travelers (outside of study abroad programs). Real time travel itinerary tracking and reporting capabilities. Emergency contact management. Mobile responsive interfaces; integration with Outlook and Google Maps. Course approval workflows. (2) All question must be submitted no later than March 3, 2026.
