(1) Vendor needs to provide student systems and support team process improvement service.– Assist in evaluating, reorganizing, and improving the operations and project work of the Student Systems and Support Team. This includes: • Implementing industry best practices • Improving service delivery and customer service • Enhance communication and collaboration • Determine and execute foundation training by role • Optimizing team size, structure, roles, and processes to support organizational needs, including workload balance, operational efficiency, and alignment with strategic goals. • Defining and standardizing Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes • Defining and standardizing the Service Level Agreement (SLA) template • Developing and organizing comprehensive documentation to support ongoing operations and project delivery (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 22, 2025. (3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on December 15, 2025.
