It will facilitate seamless coordination among all student-facing functions, including academic advising, success coaching, customer service, financial aid, bursar, registrar, career services, tutoring, and mentoring.

The desired solution should empower staff with predictive insights, case management tools, and robust communication features to enable proactive and personalized student support. Key features will include faculty-submitted course feedback and alerts, ensuring instructional insights are incorporated and timely feedback loops are maintained between faculty, staff, and students. The system must offer advanced student interaction and case management capabilities, such as appointment scheduling (individual, group, multi-modal), kiosk check-ins, drop-in queue management, and team-based calendar views. Additional requirements include comprehensive analytics and reporting tools, real-time dashboards, predictive analytics, campaign and event management, and the ability to report on all student interactions and survey feedback.
