(1) Vendor needs to provide student success management platform– Identify and implement a comprehensive, enterprise–wide Student Success Management Platform that will serve as the central hub for student engagement, support, and success across.– The selected platform will provide an integrated ecosystem that provides a holistic, 360–degree view of each student’s journey from recruitment and admission through graduation and beyond.– It will enable seamless coordination among all student–facing functions, including academic advising, success coaching, one–stop customer service, financial aid, bursar, registrar, career services, tutoring, and mentoring, while empowering staff with predictive insights, case management capabilities, and communication tools to deliver proactive, personalized support.– The platform will also include functionality for faculty–submitted course feedback and alerts, ensuring that instructional insights are incorporated into the broader support ecosystem and that feedback loops between faculty, staff, and students are timely and complete.• Specification• Student Interaction and Case Management– Comprehensive appointment scheduling (individual, group, multi–modal) with automated scheduling for defined cohorts.– Kiosk check–in (staffed and unstaffed) for appointments and group meetings– Drop–in queue management for real–time unscheduled meeting triage.– Team–based calendar views for front–desk and administrative staff.– Task and action–plan management for creating, assigning, and tracking student and staff tasks• Analytics and Reporting– Real–time dashboards and reports for appointments, campaigns, cases, and early alerts– Ability to report on all interactions (e.g., calls, cases, walk ins, etc.) and survey feedback– Predictive and prescriptive analytics presenting risk and success indicators.• Campaigns, Outreach, and Events– Campaign management for creating cohorts, assigning tasks, and tracking completion.– Appointment campaigns scheduling mee
