The project seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive student photography services for schools in Pennsylvania. The selected vendor must supply at least two cameras for every 300 students at each school, ensuring efficient coverage of all students.

To expedite the process, an additional staff member must be present at each site. Cameras should be capable of taking any picture package in any order. Payment for photographs will be accepted at the time of photography, with an online pre-payment option also available. The vendor will be responsible for collecting and tabulating all payments.

A record of students who were not photographed on the original picture day must be provided to the school principal within four business days. Class pictures are to be graphically enhanced with the school name, school year, and teacher's name imprinted beneath the photos; pictures with this information within the image itself are not acceptable. All picture package envelopes must be clear or feature a window for rapid student identification.
