The provider will also be responsible for securely matching photographs to student names and identification numbers, processing student data securely, and correcting any incorrectly matched or mislabeled photographs. In addition, the vendor must support family purchasing through a secure online ordering platform with clear instructions and customer service. The contract term is one year, and questions are due by August 7, 2026.
