DESCRIPTION

The selected vendor will provide student photography and yearbook services on an as-needed basis to schools. Services will include beginning-of-year student pictures, class photos, digital yearbook portraits, spring pictures, team photos, graduation portraits, and graduation composites. The vendor must offer the capability for parents to purchase individual and class photos, and facilitate seamless ordering and delivery processes.

This program will also support school fundraising activities, with a transparent process to disclose to the school community what portion of proceeds from orders will benefit the school. Vendors are expected to collaborate with school administrators to set price points and provide an event summary documenting fundraising calculations, including pre-tax revenue and total proceeds both as a percentage and dollar amount. The contract period will be for one year.
