The selected vendor will provide comprehensive student photography and yearbook publication services for a school district, covering elementary, middle, and high school campuses. Services will include student photography for preschool through 12th grade, high school senior portraits, team sports photography, special event coverage (such as graduation ceremonies, proms, and clubs), and student ID card services. Yearbook publication services will be required for middle and high school campuses.

The vendor must offer on-site photography, supply all necessary equipment including lighting and backdrops, and deploy sufficient professional photographers to accommodate all students and locations. Proofs of portraits are to be provided to families prior to purchase decisions, with no obligation to buy. Additional offerings include a variety of background styles, poses, creative lighting, and on-location team photo shoots. The vendor should provide sample packages, clear pricing, and creative photo booth options for events, aiming to capture high-quality and engaging images.
