(1) Vendor needs to provide student photography and portrait services. – Provide student photography and portrait services, services must include provision of student identification cards. • Services: – Individual student portraits for school IDs and yearbooks. – ID cards to include agency’s standard response protocol printed on the backside – Class group photos. – Staff portraits. – Staff composition board. – Sports team photography (fall, winter, and spring sports). – Optional services: Club and extracurricular group photos, Event photography. – Re–take sessions. – Secure online ordering system for parents and guardians. – High–quality digital images for school records. – Flexible scheduling to accommodate multiple school sites. – Efficient delivery of prints and digital files. (2) The contract period will be for five years. (3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on December 2, 2025.
