The vendor will also produce class group photos, staff portraits, and a staff composition board, as well as provide sports team photography for fall, winter, and spring seasons.

Optional offerings include club and extracurricular group photos, event photography, and re-take sessions. The vendor must offer a secure online ordering system for parents and guardians, ensure delivery of high-quality digital images for school records, and offer flexible scheduling to accommodate multiple school sites. Efficient delivery of both prints and digital files is expected throughout the contract period.
