A Texas-based initiative is seeking a vendor to deliver student outreach and communication services designed to increase enrollment, retention, and credential completion among diverse student groups. The anticipated services involve executing call campaign-based outreach covering a variety of messaging topics, such as enrollment steps and deadlines, payment reminders, payment plan information, balance owed notifications, preventive outreach prior to non-payment drops (DNP), and steps for resolving holds and financial eligibility. The selected vendor will be responsible for designing and managing these campaigns, drafting scripts, and facilitating comprehensive message delivery.
Additionally, the vendor will be expected to provide thorough reporting on campaign effectiveness, including delivery, engagement, response, and conversion rates, as well as call attempts, contact rates, and outcome details.
