(1) Vendor needs to provide student outreach and communication services to communicate with any combination of student groups (including new applicants, returning students, students with some college but no credential, or other defined populations), assuming requisite student opt–in, for the following volumes and rates– Call campaigns will focus on a broad range of targeted messaging designed to drive enrolment, retention, and completion.• Topics include:– Enrollment steps and deadlines– Payment reminders– Payment plan messaging– Balance owed outreach– Preventive outreach before DNP (Drop for Non–Payment)– Holds and financial eligibility steps• Outreach Execution: Vendor will provide full–service call campaign execution, including:– Designing and managing call campaigns– Drafting scripts and messages• Reporting & Data– Delivery, engagement, response, and conversion rates– Call attempts, contact rates, and detailed outcomes– Export files with students' unique identifiers(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 26, 2026
