A public entity in Illinois seeks a vendor to provide a comprehensive, hosted Student Information System (SIS) delivered as a SaaS solution. The selected vendor will be responsible for delivering a full-featured system encompassing modules for reporting and analytics, state reporting, student and parent portals, student records and demographics management, enrollment, academic planning, and scheduling/course planning.
The scope of services includes project management, installation and configuration of both software and hardware, data conversion, report and form development, as well as integration and interface development. The vendor will also provide software modifications as needed, comprehensive implementation, training (including creation of training materials), testing, change management, knowledge transfer to staff, and development of system documentation. Ongoing support and maintenance are also required.
Interested vendors are required to submit clarifying questions by April 7, 2026.
