(1) Vendor needs to provide student information system.– Software as a Service (SaaS) with implementation, training, integrations, operations support, and ongoing maintenance services.– The student information system (SIS) will support student records, scheduling, attendance, grading, portals, reporting, analytics, and secure data exchange with existing systems used by participating agencies. The goal is to provide kindergarten through twelfth grade schools with a modern, secure, accessible, and interoperable SIS with high uptime and strong privacy and compliance protections. Provide functionality for: Student demographics and records; Enrolment and transfers; Scheduling and management of course sections, including individual class offerings with assigned teachers, meeting times, rooms, and student rosters; Attendance; Gradebook and transcripts; Program tracking, including, but not limited to, services for students who are learning English as an additional language and plans for students with disabilities in accordance with Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973; Health records and alerts; Behaviour and discipline management; Parent, guardian, and student portals; Role–based security; and Complete audit logging in which the System automatically records user activity (e.g., access, changes, and administrative actions). Provide standard and ad–hoc reporting, configurable dashboards, exports in non–proprietary formats, role–based access controls, and support for State and federal reporting. Perform data mapping and iterative conversions. Provide and maintain the infrastructure components, including server resources, storage, network, operating system, database, and backups or disaster recovery.
