(1) Vendor needs to provide student, finance, and human capital management administrative systems. • Replace the legacy Oracle PeopleSoft solutions supporting the administrative operations for student, finance, and human capital management • Ability to manage automated role–based security with streamlined approval and assignment workflows and automated provisioning/deprovisioning • Ability to manage security roles through role–based security with reduced IT overhead • Ability to support a single person record across HR, finance and student, encompassing all roles tied to a single identity • Ability to integrate data and processes across Finance, HR, and Student systems • Ability to manage APIs and integrations through an iPaaS platform • Ability to provide real–time dashboards for fund utilization and student eligibility • Ability for non–technical staff to build customizable dashboards and run ad hoc reports on real–time data • Ability to provide Data Dictionary and Metadata Catalog with Documented data definitions, lineage, and validation rules accessible to both IT and business users. • Ability to integrate logs with SEIM tool via API/webhooks • Ability to embed field–level help, guided pop–ups, and role–based training • Ability to provide a mobile application with a user–friendly experience for students, faculty, and staff • Ability to capture advising notes, case management activity, and history within the student system and share between cross–department student support professionals and faculty • Ability to manage limited–access program admissions, including applications, eligibility, and decisions • Ability to manage wellness campaigns, event scheduling, participation tracking, and reporting • Provide dashboards for HR and supervisors to view compensation data, compa–ratios, and pay ranges. • Ability to provide AI–driven Tier 0 HR support with seamless escalation to staff • Ability to automate reconciliation across multiple accounts with transaction matching
