(1) Vendor needs to provide student engagement platform. • Tracking. • Communication with clubs and organizations. • Locations for important documents. • Forms with e-signature capabilities. • Internal Org/Club/etc. document libraries. • External Org/Club/etc. document libraries for public use. • Campus wide text communication and push notification with 1:1 communication with students. • Accurate calendar showing events. • Capability of personalization based on subscription to groups. • Ease of use for students and professional staff. • Live customer service with access to human support or a dedicated account manager. • Enhance the student experience with scheduling events/meetings through integration with other campus programs to create more effective, efficient means of reserving, and approval for events and meetings. • Increase student retention through campus activities that are promoted by the platform, easily accessible through a mobile device, and through communication strategies. • Simplify communication between clubs, organizations, professional staff, other departments, and the student body. • Create a resource that is available to the campus community. (2) All question must be submitted no later than January 23, 2026. (3) A contract period will be for one year.
