(1) Vendor needs to provide student engagement, co-curricular analytics and competency tracking platform. The Agency is seeking the below services: Holistic Student Engagement & Success Platform: Comprehensive co-curricular engagement platform: Must provide a centralized, web-based platform that enables universities to design, manage, and track student participation in co-curricular, experiential, and career-readiness activities outside the classroom. Competency-based learning framework: Platform must support the definition, alignment, and assessment of professional competencies (e.g., career readiness, leadership, communication, teamwork) tied to institutional learning outcomes. Student success lifecycle support: Must support student engagement tracking from entry through graduation, enabling institutions to measure growth, outcomes, and preparedness for post-graduation employment or further education. Data Analytics, Outcomes & Accreditation Support: Engagement and outcomes analytics: Must provide robust analytics on student participation, competency development, and program outcomes at the student, program, and institutional levels. Accreditation and reporting readiness: Platform must support data collection and reporting required for accreditation bodies, institutional assessment, and strategic planning. Customizable reporting: Must allow administrators to generate configurable reports and dashboards aligned to institutional goals and assessment frameworks. Activity & Program Management: Agency-managed activity creation: Must allow institutions to create, manage, and approve co-curricular activities, pathways, badges, and experiences aligned with learning outcomes. Flexible program design: Must support a wide range of engagement models including workshops, events, internships, service learning, leadership programs, and experiential learning opportunities. Approval and validation workflows: Platform must support structured workflows for activity approval, student submissions, reflections, and validation of participation. Student-Facing Mobile & Web Experience: Customized mobile application: Must provide a branded, institution-specific mobile application enabling students to discover opportunities, track progress, submit reflections, and engage with activities. Multi-device accessibility: Platform must support access via desktop, tablet, and mobile devices with responsive design. Student engagement tools: Must include features that encourage student participation, reflection, and ownership of their co-curricular experience. (2) The contract period will be for three years.
