The system must offer a secure mechanism—such as a link or portal—for students to initiate and submit verification requests. It should also notify Admissions once the verification is completed. The solution is expected to feature a payment mechanism allowing costs to be charged directly to students, optionally allowing for cost-sharing. Additionally, the ability to provide a direct verification link to students for process initiation is required.
