Vendor needs to provide student conduct software. • General Software Requirements– Compliance with FERPA rules and regulations.– Ability to have customizable levels of administrators and users, with the ability to view different categories for each– Identify students and their specific conduct issues.– Cross–reference a student to identify involvement in multiple cases.– Provide calendar follow up notifications by email and/or text.– Workflow automation to automatically notify specific administrations based on a conduct event.– Create/generate email and text notifications for students at various stages throughout the investigative and disciplinary process.– Ability to configure customizable workflows based on the conduct type.– Ability to link cases to students, staff, witnesses, and external parties within the context of privacy and Personal Identifiable Information (PII) compliance– Ability to maintain record compliance and expunging of records based on established retention timeframes. All the questions must be submitted no later than February 27, 2026. The contract period will be for one year.
