One-year contract opportunity to provide and manage student accident insurance services for a county in Dunbar, West Virginia.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Must be an insurance carrier admitted to write accident and health insurance in West Virginia or a licensed West Virginia resident insurance agency
Must maintain licensure throughout the term of the contract
Must demonstrate experience administering voluntary parent-purchased student accident insurance programs for West Virginia public school districts
Must maintain sufficient staffing and resources to administer enrollment, premium collection, policy issuance, and claims processing
Must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations governing accident and health insurance, electronic payment processing, and privacy of student information
Must maintain Errors & Omissions insurance with $2,000,000 per claim and $4,000,000 aggregate limits
Must provide proof of coverage prior to contract award
Must agree to hold harmless and indemnify the Mingo County Board of Education
