(1) Vendor needs to provide lab works structured query language migration service– Agency is seeking competitive bids to establish contract(s) for Lab works Structured Query Language (SQL) migration service– The required services to be provided are Lab works SQL migration service, the service allows agency lab to perform environmental testing such as water and soil quality testing. Lab works is a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) software package that deploys the updated version to the production environment, effectively manages samples and associated data. The services shall include but not limited to: Lab works Oracle to SQL migration assistance (1 database); Lab works professional services, including: Test of current data base, Install new version and review on Dev System. Deploy the updated version to the production environment. Provide up to three training sessions focusing on new version features and specific areas requested by agency. Follow up and address outstanding upgrade questions. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 29, 2025 (3) The contract period will be for one year.
