A Texas agency is seeking a qualified vendor to provide Structured Query Language (SQL) migration services for its Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), specifically Lab works software. The main objective is to assist with the migration of Lab works from Oracle to SQL for a single database, ensuring a seamless transition to support the agency’s environmental testing activities, including water and soil quality analysis.
The scope of work includes professional services such as testing the current database, installing and reviewing the new software version in the development system, and deploying the updated version to the production environment. Additionally, the vendor will provide up to three targeted training sessions on new features and agency-specific topics, as well as follow-up support to address any outstanding questions related to the upgrade.
