(1) Vendor needs to provide structural engineering services to the government authority located in Florida.– Analysis and code review of structural system of existing facilities;– On–site investigation, inspection of structural system of existing facilities;– Coordination of specialty consultants and testing agencies;– Design of new building structures, replacement structural components and additional structural systems;– Generation of plans and specifications including Schematic Design, Design Development, 50% and 100% Construction Documents Phase submittals;– Opinion of Probable Construction Cost at each phase of submittal documents– Procurement and Construction Administration Phase services, including submittal reviews, pay application reviews, bi–weekly site visits, and Substantial and Final Completion Inspections; and– Other Basic Engineering Services as required.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on January 7, 2026(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 9, 2026.
