(1) Vendor needs to provide structural engineering services to the government authority located in Minnesota.– Structural Engineering consulting and engineering including but not limited to: • Failure investigation, including insurance investigation. • Structural condition assessment. • Repair and Retrofit Design. • Construction Support. • Materials Evaluation and Testing. • Façade Assessment. • Roofing and Waterproofing evaluation and design. • Building Enclosure Testing. • Building Sciences. • Design Review. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 12, 2025.
