(1) Vendor needs to provide structural and bridge engineering service to the government authority located in Washington, OR. – Provide professional services for capital project services support for structural and bridge engineering services. – Provide preliminary engineering, final design, public involvement planning and facilitation, environmental impact analysis and reporting, writing specifications, construction engineering, construction management, construction inspection, or any combination of these services. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 27, 2026.
