(1) Vendor needs to provide streets resurfacing service to the government authority located in Orlando, FL.– The intention of this project is for the Contractor to furnish all material, equipment, labor, transportation, construction equipment, machinery, tools, appliances, fuel, power, water and sanitary facilities and all other facilities and incidentals necessary for this work.– The Contractor shall provide a traffic control supervisor (TCS) who is responsible for initiating, installing and maintaining all traffic control devices– Make its several parts fit together properly.– Uncover portions of the Work to provide for installation of ill–timed work– Remove and replace defective work.– Remove samples of installed work as required for testing.– Provide routine penetrations of non–structural surfaces for installation of piping and electrical conduit.– Cut and patch structural work in a manner with prior approval in writing by the Engineer.– Cut and patch pre–operational and operational elements or systems in a manner which has prior approval in writing by the engineer.– Cut and patch work which is exposed on the visible portions of a building exterior or exposed in occupied spaces of a building in a manner that shall not result in a reduction in the aesthetic qualities and shall not result in obvious, substantial evidence of cut–and patch work, both as judged solely by the engineer.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 15, 2026(3) The contract period will be for one year.(4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on January 8, 2026
