This RFP seeks a vendor to provide street signs, sign posts, and related material supplies for municipal use. The procurement includes finished street signs, sign posts, and commonly used sign products such as Type XI sheeting, dual protective overlay 1160A, and aluminum components with watermark. Required materials also include TeleSpar metal posts in sizes 2" x 2" x 10’, 2" x 2" x 12’, and 2¼" x 2¼" x 30” heavy duty anchors; 12” cast aluminum sign caps, flat blade tops for posts, aluminum drive rivets with fiber washers, stainless steel banding, Band-IT stainless steel buckles, and tamper-resistant sign mounting hardware.
All questions regarding the RFP must be submitted by March 6, 2026. The contract period for the selected vendor will be one year.
