(1) Vendor needs to provide street and access corridor review service to the government authority located in NS. • Tasks: – Review all relevant existing plans and studies completed to date to support the development of the transportation networks in subsequent tasks. – Model enhancements – The successful proponent will be required to provide a suite of evaluation metrics and broader framework for use throughout the project (Memo 5) subject to the approval of the Project Management Team. – Develop and assess future Business as usual network. – This task involves the identification, bundling and assessment of up to six network combinations of interventions. – Network refinement – Recommendations and reporting (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 9, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
