(1) Vendor needs to provide streaming, video and audio services.– Provide (1) gavel–to–gavel audiovisual support for hybrid meetings (with both in person and virtual components over Zoom Webinar) and virtual meetings (if needed), and live internet webstreaming (webcasting) services– Provide webstreaming, audio, and video services– Provide audiovisual support for hybrid meetings, virtual meetings, in person meetings, live streaming of meeting content, in both audio and multiple video formats, and manage virtual meetings using the Zoom Webinar platform and other services (2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 16, 2025. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
