A service provider is sought to support the development of Mongolia's Green Financing Strategy through comprehensive strategy development services. The selected vendor will contribute to the creation of the Green Financing Strategy and related legal documents by providing expert input and coordination.

Key responsibilities include engaging with a range of national stakeholders—such as government agencies, financial institutions, and private sector representatives—to collect insights and validate project findings. The vendor will support consultations and workshops conducted as part of the strategy development process.

Additionally, the service provider will be tasked with collecting and analyzing data on existing green finance mechanisms, policies, and institutional frameworks in Mongolia. Accurate translation of relevant legal and policy documents between Mongolian and English, with careful attention to legal terminology and consistency, will be required. The vendor will also assist in reviewing and contextualizing legal provisions related to green finance and carbon markets within the national legislative context.
