(1) Vendor needs to provide strategy development service. • Provide inputs to the development of the Green Financing Strategy and related legal documents. • Liaise with national stakeholders, including government agencies, financial institutions, and private sector actors, to gather insights and validate findings. • Support consultations and workshops organized under the project • Collect and analyze data on current green finance mechanisms, policies, and institutional arrangements • Translate relevant legal and policy documents from Mongolian to English and vice versa, ensuring accuracy and consistency with legal terminology. • Assist in reviewing and contextualizing legal provisions related to green finance and carbon markets within legislative framework.
