(1) Vendor needs to provide strategy development project service. • Strategy is an evidence–informed initiative that aims to strengthen women’s midlife health by enhancing access to care, health literacy, and support through primary care and community–based services. • Increase knowledge and confidence among primary care teams to deliver menopause related care with a focus on early identification, prevention, and proactive support. • Normalize conversations about midlife health for women and promote awareness of symptoms, lifestyle factors, and self–care options. • Strengthen navigation and access to timely, community–based support that prioritizes prevention and wellness. • Create a scalable, prevention–focused model for province–wide adoption, with as the foundation. • Embed clinical pathways, digital tools, and peer–led supports into existing systems to ensure long–term sustainability, continuous learning, and readiness for provincial scale up.
