This RFP seeks a vendor to provide Strategic Talent and Assessment Research (STAR) support services for a government authority located in JBSA Randolph, Texas. The selected provider will deliver a comprehensive set of technical skills essential for STAR, including psychometrics, programming, database management, research design, data analysis, assessment development, aviation psychology, and software and system engineering.
The contractor will support the Air Force Examining Activities Program, which is integral to the STAR initiative. The STAR program aims to develop evidence-based assessments and screening processes to evaluate the knowledge, skills, abilities, and potential of recruits and Airmen, with the goal of optimally matching personnel to roles that enhance mission capabilities. The ultimate objectives are to improve human capital management, mission readiness, and retention, as well as to reduce attrition rates through enhanced selection, classification, and utilization assessments.
