This opportunity seeks a qualified vendor to deliver comprehensive strategic research, advice, and analysis services for Nunavut. The selected provider will be expected to support a broad range of initiatives, including economic modeling, market evaluations, and cost-benefit analyses at local, national, and international levels.

Key areas of focus include financial analysis of businesses, projects, and budgetary matters; review and advice on taxation theory, policy, and analysis; and environmental matters related to land management, resource development, engineering, and northern socioeconomic and environmental assessments. The scope also extends to strategic and tactical human resources planning, encompassing organizational design, change management, job description development, organizational structure reviews, compensation systems, and employee attraction and retention policies.
